This site is about getting back to the basics. Back to the good ole' days. Around here we long to grow our own organic garden, swapping recipes with the neighbors, and gathering around the big country table for Sunday Family Breakfast. **** We look forward to our weekend evenings of crocheting, knitting or sewing with friends and where wearing an apron is the country girls trademark.**** We long to look out on the horizon and see a full ear crop of corn and some nice farm animals such as: cows pigs, horses, chicks and even some goats. Just good ole homespun grit and calm! *** Now that's what I'm takin' bout.
