I am a wife to Vj and a homeschooling mummy to 5 lovely children. We have lived on our 1 acre block since March, 2007. Slowly we are learning about fruit trees and how to cook different things so we aren't wasting our fruit. I have been giving away jars of Rosella jam and Lemon Butter.
