I have been diagnosed with celiac disease and must avoid all things gluten. I also cannot tolerate tomatoes, peppers and potatoes ... doesn't seem to leave much else to eat sometimes, but I am on a new journey to heal myself by eating and exercising right. I have been happily married since 1990 and have two wonderful teens that think I am the best mom ever. Not sure what I've done to deserve that, but I try to live up to it!
