I am so tired of being surrounded by "Christians who aren't reading their bibles, content with being spoon fed at church, not digging in the Word at home and believing whatever the media tells them.  I'm tired of people having their heads in the sand and thinking that we are off our rockers because we are learning things and asking God to give us wisdom.  I don't want to "gently" help my friends to see truth, I want to go and shake them and wake them up!  However, that approach doesn't work so the best thing is for me to pray for them to be on fire, whatever that takes.  I am tired of lukewarmness.  Jesus said in Revelation 3:16  So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.  That should scare people straight but it doesn't seem to do much.  I so struggle with the people around me and their contentment with just getting by, being worldly, believing whatever feels good.  I get myself into trouble quite often as I want to be on fire for the Lord, not lukewarm nor cold and want to take my friends along with me.  The Bible tells us that it is better to be cold than lukewarm.  It reminds me of the Jewish people who rejected Christ as the Messiah or when they wandered around the wilderness 40 years complaining about the manna and quail.  I'm sure we have all read about that in the bible and said can you believe these guys and their complaining and denying!  Well that is how I feel about most of the Christian people I am around.  God give me Your love for Your people and may they get on their knees and pray for Your Godly wisdom.  What a revolution would be started.
