Do you ever feel that your schedule is out of control, or that you just are not accomplishing anything during the day? For the last several weeks I've been feeling this way. I feel like we are floating through our days, mostly in chaos management. I don't feel like the little girls are getting any quantity time, let alone quality time with mom. The daily chores of running the house just don't seem to be getting done. To top it off, by the end of the evening, I still feel like I have a million things to cross off my "to do" list and I'm exhausted!
This book is amazing if you've never seen or heard of it. It really helps in breaking down everyone's tasks into smaller, more manageable segments of time. Plus, it allows for any dysfunctional obsession to being ultra organized and regimented (which I sometimes have been known to have and have now passed onto my 9 yro), as you can schedule things down to the half hour. As I sit here now, I feel like I've accomplished more today than in the last two weeks. It's amazing what a schedule will do for a person! |
