Ok, not funny as in HAHA, but funny as peculiar.  A few/several years ago, we went camping.. we had to go buy everything cause we had nothing.. we got a nice big tent and all the fun things that go along with camping.. it was me, hubby and both the girls and our dog Gypsy.  I don't even know how long we stayed, several days.. we all had alot of fun.  And that was the only time we ever went.   Not because hubby and the kids didn't want to go, but because I never wanted to go.  Why, you may ask?  I have absolutely no idea.. but the idea of camping just did NOT appeal to me.. which is so weird, because I did have a good time. 

Ok, present tense.  The other night sitting out by the fire, we have fires in our pit alot during the summer...  Hubby said something about going camping again... and I am so totally excited!!  I have GOT to be the weirdest person ever!! LOL  I have no idea why, all of a sudden, camping sounds like fun again.  So today we got our big tent out of our storage room and set it up so it could air out.  Tomorrow Courtney and I are going to scrub down the floor with Fabuloso cause it does smell kind of musty in there and that Fabuloso smells sooo good. 

I am not sure when we are going exactly.  Hubby is just back to work from  having his surgery so we will have to work around his schedule, but we are hoping toward the end of July I think.  We have a few things we need to get yet before we go.  I have already been checking out all the fun camping stuff online.  We are going to get a new air mattress as something happened to the one we had before.  I can't sleep on the ground, no way.. and it probably wouldn't be very good for hubby's back either.  And I also want to buy a canopy type thing to set up over the picnic table at the camp site.  So we have shade.  But I am so excited.. lol 

Isn't it funny?

That is kinda funny.

Hubby is a long time camper, and loves absolutely everything about it. I on the other hand, don't like sleeping in the woods, or in a camper, can't stand cooking over a fire, don't like bugs, miss my air conditioning and I could go on, but I won't. LOL He would LOVE it, if I just woke up one day and said wow lets go camping. LOL
