Some good sources for living frugally and simply..

I have been searching for some good books with frugal tips. Here are a few that I ran across on a blog right here at HSB and looked up and they seem to be pretty good... now I just need to see if I can get them in at the Library or cheap somewhere.. I have even considered book swap.. I have never looked into it, but I love books, and I have tons that I could 'recycle'.
Gene Logsdon's Money-Saving Secrets - A Treasury of Salvaging, Bargaining, Recycling & Scavenging Techniques
How to Feed Your Family For $12 a Day - Rhonda Barfield
The Tightwad Gazette - Amy Dacyczyn She also has books II and III according to my googling.
Cheaper and Better
Better Than Store Bought
Miserly Moms - website
Do you have any books or even great websites dedicated to Frugality and Simple Living?

Jennifer, I have found that books talking about a simplicity mindset are more helpful to me than how-to books about being simple. For example, there are two books I love which talk about having a simplicity mindset:
The Plain Reader
A Plain Life
both by Scott Savage
I think both are out-of-publication now but you can easily find them if you do some online searching. To me they are well worth the money to purchase them and have them as a permanent part of your library.
I think simplicity is a matter of the heart and not so much a matter of "how-to". It's about changing one's lifestyle and expectations and outlook on life itself. Scott Savage is a Quaker and you will find a lot of Quaker books talk about this very issue.
Good luck and God bless~ Andrea
