With a little rain our pasture has gone from this

To this overnight.

 I walked around the yard and looked in the garden. I noticed that the peas and beans started to sprout overnight too. They needed water desperately!

 I looked over the corn though, and found this. 

 I think it is a mystery squash from last year.

These too maybe leftovers. I think they are tomato plants that were cultivated.I haven't planted anything in this area yet. And to think Tom planted 250 more!

Isn't it amazing what a little nourishing rain can dofor such hungry plants?!
Of course we are still having snow so I'm envious. :0)
