I just love eating them!  Making them...well...My trick is to make all the doughs and put them in baggies in the fridge.   Then another day turn the oven on and start the baking.  Freeze, then pull out another day to decorate.    All done!!!  Here are a few of the doughs from today.  

Gingerbread, sugar, mexican wedding cakes, cookie crunch,  choc kiss peppermint, and eggnog.
