Muddy Boot Acres

Monday, December 29, 2008 - Continue on the stalls

I got my new camera out and tried out some new pictures.  Here is what the wood went for last time.  Stall doors!  The horses are  moved over!   We only laid wood down for now, but hope to work on something more permanent  one by one.  Tom had the hinges, but he still has to go get the matching latches.   How exciting!

The warm weather had everyone outside playing today.  I worked on Methias' mudpack a little more.  Finally broke out the scissors to get those mud balls off.   With melting snow it reaveals things around the yard to be picked up.  Just being outside was nice despite the drop of temperature today. I saw these peeking out.  I hope they stay o.k. for the next few months.  Tonight the winds are howling.  It picked up my smaller outside swing and carried it 20 feet away from under the tree it was at.

I forgot to mention candy my oldest son made us for Christmas.  He melted then decorated chocolate in abstract faces.
