It was such a nice fall day that after Ken was done bowling, they guys went out and finished the roof.  The Amish man finally had the last four pieces for him!    They also worked on getting the rest of the osb on around the sides.

Today I am off to a baby shower for my oldest friends daughter.  I made this especiallly for her new grand baby.

With the guys outside and Rebekah at the Penn State game this weekend (8-0 !)   I put the push on Jess making dinner.   I should have taken a picture of  that too, but trust me, it was good.  She pounded out boneless chicken breast,  made real mashed potatoes and put our garden broccoli in them with some butter.  She took the potato mix and spooned it into the chicken and rolled it up and put it in a glass dish.  Covered, it slow cooked for about an hour and a half.   It made it's own gravy and was very good!
