Trying Simple Life in Taiwan

for me. Isn't it adorable?!!!! This was taken when Anna was a week old. Let me tell you, her daddy can't stay away from her:-)....... I think we are going to have a problem..LOL!!!

Anna Joy was born July 3, weighing in at 7.5lbs and 19.5in. We ended up with a c/section after 2 day of induction at 41 weeks. Our dr said as soon as he opened up, "oh my, glad we did the surgery, you uterus is partially separated."  I quickly told my dr, "Guess God had HIS reasons for a c/section all along." My dr seemed to be a little shocked at the state of my uterus, he said that it was paper thin, he could clearly see the baby. We will never know, but the dr said if we had gone vbac, the chances of something happening were extremely high, but then again, we'll never know. We are just thankful for GOD being in control.

We are all doing fine. Anna has good nights, and well, not so good nights! She was awake for a few hours this morning, I kid you not, she wouldn't go to sleep, just observing all around her. Then well, she slept for a good 3hours straight this afternoon. Hopefully we can get things evened out soon, though at 2weeks.....that would be hard I think.

I will be posting pix soon of Noah, ds3.....it is his 4th birthday tomorrow. He has been waiting for this for over a month when his older brother had a birthday. So, he knows full well it's his birthday tomorrow and has his presents all planned out!! Hope to post pix tomorrow.
