Bedtime Blog..............

It is a bit after 10 and I planned to be in bed awhile ago, however I was baking cookies and cleaning up the kitchen... We had pork chops, corn casserole and mashed taters for supper.. Don't ask it was kinda kids pick the meal night.. LOL Of course Jeremiah wanted green beans, but did not tell me till to late to get them cooked.. He is so funny everynight just about he says hey mom can we have......... and I will say way it will say starts with Gre...................en and ends with beeeeeeeeeeeeannnnnnnnnnnnnnnns,,LOL He loves green beans. He is even learning to cook them...

Jill is the only one still up besides me and she is finishing her homework from where she missed yesterday due to dentist and most of today for another appointment.. She is almost done.. I myself am getting ready to go to bed as well.. You can tell the weather here has been crazy the kids were wild after school today.. LOL I was like what is the deal and so it took a bit of extra time to wind down and get to sleep.. It was raining and cold here this evening.. Tomorrow they go with their dad for a bit after school.. I always say boy I hope they act for you like they have acted for me and my ex always says well that is not very nice of you.. LOL I then say why should I be the only one to have this much fun.. LOL  Of course he has said the same thing a couple of times to be...

Well I would love to chat more, but I am off to bed.. I wanted to say Good Night my Blogging friends... Sleep well..

Monday already??????????

Can you believe that it is Monday again already?? Wow this weekend was awesome and I had such a good weekend.. I was able to do laundry at my house.. WOOOHOO THANK YOU MOMMA DEAREST!!!!!!!!!! I went and did my monthly grocery shopping and then I went with my friend Anna to the grocery and helped her better use her monthly grocery money. She was like looking at all that I got and etc and was like man girl you gotta go to the store and help me.. So we went yesterday afternoon and she has groveries like you would not believe.. I was trying to teach her and help her to plan her menu and how to get the most from her money and she was majorly impressed yesterday when she got everything she needed for the month and still had some money left over..

I love being frugal.. BTW Wal-mart had an AWESOME deal on Gatorade yesterday and since we are in basketball season the kids are drinking way more than normal and so I stocked up on that.

Locked Out, Missing Ink Pens and envelopes and upset mother hen equal???

Well for me it means a washer and dryer.. I know that some who read this post will find the humor in it and there are other like maybe my mother hen who will not see it quite as funny..

You see I have not had a washer and dryer at my house so I have been using mom and dad's. The other night I went and did a load of laundry and my dad said lock the door when you leave.. I said ok sure.. Well when we got ready to leave the key was not there so I called dad and said.. "I did not lock the door the key was not there.." He said well ok.. Fast forward a couple of hours.. Dad was calling me and I was like what and he said the next tiem you leave don't lock the door handle lock.. Well in all the let's go's and get in the car's the lock on the door handle got hit and so I apparently left him and Jordin locked out.. No yeah it was a bit of a chore, but they were able to get in....

Ok are you still with me here?? Fastforward to Thursday night when a tired momma hen comes home from a long week of work with a busy weekend planned to find out that the door knob on the door she always uses is locked.. This translate to one hacked off momma hen.. I mean madder than if she had been a wet old hen.... So of course although she laughed at dad getting locked out it was not near as funny when it happened to her.. No let me say here that everyone knows that you can not use that door while she is gone as she is the only key holder so how the knob got locked is beyond me, but I took the rap for it.. So now imagine that you come home after being gone for a week and you are locked out, you can't find your enevelopes and some of your 40 gazzilion ink pens are gone.. Well you guessed it now she is madder than 2 old wet hens and my ear is on fire from nice loving please leave my crap alone phone call said mad momma hen made to me.. Now I really have no idea what happend to her pens or the envelopes and yes one of my little ones could have been the culprits of this problem and the ramifications that have ensued..

Now let me tell you that if you add up the being locked out, the missing pens and envelopes you will see why my mother found a used washer and dryer bought it for me and the kids so that in her words "STAY AWAY FROM MY HOUSE" I know that she likes to have us around, but not while she is away..

So let me just say MOMMY I LOVE YOU.. I am sorry that you got locked out and that your pens and enevelopes are missing. I love you and want to take this time to say THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE WASHER AND DRYER..  I told you I would write a post or a BIG Splash as you called it on my blog... So thank you and I love you mommy.. Your the best..

OK well I am off now.. Please mom no mean comments.. I said thank you, I love you and I am sorry..

Out of the mouth of a child........

A couple of weeks ago we were driving down a country road and my 8 year old son Jacob said as we passed a family who all the kids had their own four-wheelers.. " Wow mom they must be rich!" I said, " what makes you say that?" He said "mom they all even the kids have four wheelers!!! I wish we were rich!!" I then said " Well Jacob hon would you like mommy to go to work right now and be gone and make a Tiny amount more money they we get right now or be at home with ya'll doing what we can and having fun together?" Jacob's reply kinda suprised me in some ways, but never the less he said to me.. "Mom I want you to be at home with us kids. I miss you when you are not home and we have fun." That to me was an answer and a blessing all wrapped up in one.. My kids are so glad I am home when they are and that we are able to spend so much time together that well if I happen to have something quick to do they get upset.. Anyway all the kids then agreeed that they wanted me home with them.. It melted my heart and made me feel like I was doing a good job.. I know that I am a good mother to my kids and they must think so as well.. WOOHOO..

Thankful Thursday...

It has been awhile since I have posted my Thaful Thursday Posts and today I am going to post it today.. Woohoo don't you feel blessed???

1. I am thankful for our wonderful and awesome Heavenly Father God Almighty. He is full of mercy. grace, love and blessings.

2. My kids whom God has blessed me with.. I love them and thank God for them everyday.

3. I am so thakful that my school schedule allows me to be home with my children when they are home.. I know they are thankful as well.

4. I am thankful that God led me to find the house that my kids and I are living in with a rent we could afford in the school district we wanted to live in.

5. I am thankful for the unexpected gifts God blesses us with and how He blesses us just when we need it.

6. I am thankful for my family. We may not always agree or like each other, but they are my family and I love them.

7. I am thankful for friends. My longtime friends who are there no matter and my new friends that have come into my life.

8. I am thankful for my Church family and how they are so willing to help out those in need.

9. I am thankful that I am able to have this blog and maybe help someone or bless someone who reads it.

10. I am thankful for the freedoms that we are given as Americans.

11. I am thankful that I have been able to stock up on things that the kids and I might need for winter.

12. I am thankful that God is always with us no matter what.

I know I have more, but my brain is slowing down.. I will add more as they come to mind... Thank you for reading and if you get a chance let us know what you are thankful for..

Fall Fun Ideas

Some fall ideas to do with my kids...

1. Rake the leaves and let them play in them while I take pictures.. I am going to play in the leaves with them.. :)

2. Take fall picutres out on the farm

3. Make fall decorations

4. Try new fall recipes with the kids

5. Write notes of thanks

6. Make a scarecrow to sit by the front door

7. Try out the pioneer way of live..:)

Thursday Morning Thoughts from me..........

Good Morning everyone.. How are you doing?? I am doing great today.. The sun is shining and it is a beautiful fall day here.. I love watching the leaves change colors and the colors and smells of fall.. God is so awesome to bless us with this beauty..

Today on my agenda is.....

1. Classes

2. Laundry

3. Clean the bathroom

4. Vaccum

5. trash

6. get kids stuff ready to go to their dad's

7. Hopefully bake something..

I am going home after-school and lighting my fall scented candles and getting busy I am going to be fall cleaning and getting rid of the summer stuff that no longer will fit by next summer and etc..

Where do you buy your ave candles at?? Are they priced good?? Candles are so darn awesome...

I have to get busy with my interview for speech as well as my informative speech..

Sunny And Cool Tuesday........

It is sunny and cool outside today.. I love it.. Feels like fall.. I love fall.. My baby boy got sick at school and vomited at lunch.. Not sure if he was really sick or what the deal was.. He is home with mommy now and watching a movie... Bless his heart...  Yesterday he got a *getting Caught Doing Good Award* HE was so darn excited about it... I am so proud of him.. He is onery and has problems sitting still, but he has been working on things and it doing so much better..

I think I am going to make spaghetti tonight and I need to study for a test and do some research for a couple of speeches that will be due by the end of October.. I love that class.. She is a great teacher and we all just have a good relaxing time in her class..

Jordin has a softball game tonight, but I guess we will miss it because of Jeremiah not feeling the best..  We will see what is going on later..

Well I need to get off here and get a few things done before the other kids come  home from school.. I might go make some no bake cookies really quick since the kids will be really hungry when they get here..
