It looked like it was nap time for all the animals, lol. We have a lovely zoo here in New Orleans, but it's been years since I've gone. Maybe a trip there soon for us, that would be nice. Great pics, thanks for sharing...........Kitty
Great photos! In the States most zoos tend to keep you far from the animals, so pictures like these would be hard to get. Of course, it helps to be a good photographer, too.

Kitty, it is nice to think about what other zoos are out there, I have been trying to imagine the New Orleans zoo. My husband has been to Beale Street in Memphis, that is as close as he got to your State lol. He was very blessed. Well to be in the States, not necessarily Beale Street. I was asking my possibly future daughter in law about zoos as she was helping us find our way around, and she had been to a zoo in Paris! The ones I had thought about previously were Singapore and San Francisco. I hope you get to go to the zoo sometime soon.

Monica, I am not sure which of the children photographed the animals, they had a great day with the camera. They love my new phone camera as well, I am still learning. We had to get the new phone as in Australia they were going to cut off a whole phone network that we were on (cell). I was quite happy just to carry it around, the old one, and perhaps talk to dh on it when he was away somewhere. Usually to discuss shopping, which a few years ago I thought I wouldn't do. We do live a long way from some shops.
At this zoo you can pay to feed the animals, I don't think I will be doing that, they are the scarey ones that they feed.
