PS: I cooked the first of our swiss chard tonight for dinner and thought about your recipes. It was a spur of the moment addition to the menu so I didn't do anything fancy, just garlic and a little fresh lemon juice. I'll plan ahead later this week and use one of yours.
It would be peaceful there. We used to take our older kids for winter BBQs with fires lit from wood found there, well bush in a different place, you can see why. You have to rug up though.
