Last week's menu included Egg & Nori Rolls and Cabbage with Split Peas. I liked both of these. For anyone who has trouble eating nori rolls because of their teeth may find Egg & Nori Rolls easier. Cabbage with Split Peas reminds me of an earlier dish we made called Indian Spiced Quinoa with Chicken. I just love what the split peas add to the dishes. The cabbage meal seems very cheap depending on what you have to pay for the spices. We use dried curry leaves that I found at Olive Health Foods, a local(ish) health food shop.
