What is Your favorite Italian Dish or Meal ?
Just ONE ?!?!
I am Italian....grew up around ravioli making festivals as a girl, meatball sandwiches.....and Lasagnas....!!
I make a mean Chicken Alfredo Manacotti....great Stuffed Shells and a Lasagna that is (IMHO) outta this world!!!!!!!!!!! I need to get my Great Aunt's Ravioli recipe someday....mmmmm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I have a little joke...whenever we eat something Italian more than once per week, we remind each other that Italians eat Italian EVERY DAY! :-)

I work in a locally owned Italian restaurant.....so I eat Italian 3-4 nights a week!!
Our bolognese is second to none. We also have veal Marsala + Picatta that is outta this world!!
