1) To be indestructible or incredibly rich? incredibly rich- then I could buy judges and make them keep the laws the way the VOTERS vote for them--a novel concept--yes ? (yes--I am still on my soapbox this morning)
2) chocolate or vanilla? vanilla (with chocolate syrup)
3) mow the lawn weekly or whenever it is jungle length? jungle....just kidding -- that's if I mowed it--Marc does and it's generally weekly.
4) winter sports (hockey, football, etc...) or summer sports (baseball, golf, etc...) are we watchin or actually participating......if we're 'watching'~ baseball, if we're actually participating.........eh.....none.
5) cookies or cake? a mocha
6) vote on the issues or with your political party? issues (and again see #1)
7) Indiana Jones or James Bond? I'll take my man, Marc, Marc Barthuly......heh heh 
8) dinner with Osama Bin Laden or hunting trip with Dick Cheney? Hmmmm this one is tough....almost be safer with Osama.....but, it would be fun to pepper Cheney for a little change of pace. "Aw Mr. Cheney--I am sorry.......well, I guess now YOU know how it feels....sorry don't cut it does it ?!"
9) be able to swim underwater without having to come up for air, or be able to fly? swim underwater
10) talk like Foghorn Leghorn or Elmer Fudd (both from Bugs Bunny cartoons)? Larry the Cucumber
