I wonder ....

Yesterday two of my children were in the school/play room .... which I should clarify as actually a brick room (enclosed patio) added on to the original house .... & my 11 year old dd starts screaming, "Mooooooooommmmmmmmmmm, another snake!!!!!!!!!" Then both the children came running in to the house (after jumping on top, over and going around desks, shelves and furniture). The main problem now though is that no one has found the snake ...... so we have no clue where it went. This is the second snake in 2 weeks. We know it's not the same one because the last one, the fire department removed. We're talking baby rattle snakes        Typically baby rattle snakes aren't even born until June or July ..... but because the weather warms up here quicker, we need to look for them early. Any one know how to rid our property of snake nests? ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Any one looking to move to Florida? We know of a house for rent/sale & the current owners would do a lease option to buy ..... 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bath rooms ..... on 1.3 acres ........ for around $750.00 per month or $125 K .... The property has a few sheds, a work room that has electric & a guest cottage/house (appx 600 sq. ft.) If we were going to make another move out of state, we'd jump on it!!! (It's zoned for farm animals) If you're interested, let me know. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ I'd love to know how some of you bring an extra income to your homestead. Do you make breads, yogurts, soaps to sell to local folk? Do you sew aprons or clothing?? Crochet wash clothes? Are you involved in a company that utilizes direct marketing? Please share your story with me. We're looking to increase our income and would like fresh ideas. Maybe an idea that we can tailor to our entire family being a part of? ~ Happy Trails ~
