Our Journey

Posted in Unspecified

Well we've come accross another stumbling block with the building.  All of our metal siding, roofing and trim were stolen yesterday afternoon.  So looks like this process is going to take longer than anticipated.  Doesn't it always anyway?  Also for our friends and family that we haven't talked to lately we covet your prayers for our son.  He was diagnosed with Vitiligo which is a skin disease that randomly chooses who it will attack, so says the doctors.  This can be a difficult thing to live with and came as quite a shock.  Anyone who knows of anything that may help or most of all can pray for him we would be sooo grateful.

Praise to Him

I am so sorry

I am sorry that this has happened to you. We tried building on our land. We lived there for two years and got robbed blind twice. Our place is in the middle of nowhere up in the mountains and yet we were robbed...TWICE!! So I know how you feel losing your building materials.
I don't know how it feels to have my son diagnosed with a skin disease though. I have 5 children and only one of them, my only daughter, has anything remotely comparative. She has hypotonic cerebral palsey. But she is very healthy and doing great. And she has had this since birth. So I cannot imagine how you are feeling about your child.
But I am sorry that it is happening and will be praying for your family.
