Well not a whole lot new around here except waiting for a few permits to arrive.  I'm pretty sure we'll be able to break ground next week.  For septic, driveway and culvert.  How exciting I can't believe it.  We're pretty sure we're going to build a shop with an apartment in it.  It seems to be within our budget and most logical for now.  I would love to have this beautiful home moved onto our land that is headed for demolition, but we can't find anyone to move it for us at a rate we can afford.  I was telling my Grandmother, who is my HGTV pal that thanks to "This Old House" and  If Walls Could Talk" that this is where I come up with these crazy ideas.
