Snuggling

Joseph was sitting with me just now drinking his evening milk and snuggling. I told him I was real glad we could snuggle together before he has to go to bed. Then I asked him if he'll still snuggle and cuddle with me when he's 18. He nodded. :)

I have two daughters a 12 year old and a 9 year old. Time flew by way too fast. When I read your post It reminded me of my snuggle time with my daughters. I miss it so much. They are still very affectionate. I just miss having them on my lap ( they are way too big now)
Don't ever wish them grown it will happen so very fast. Remember how very blessed you are.

That's beautiful! My younger son, who is almost 9, still wants to have alone time with me, not with his older brother or baby sister around.
Reading your post is a reminder that those snuggling times with mom (or dad) is important to a child!
