I'm up this morning only because my poor ole back can not take me laying in that bed one more minute! Hopefully in a little while I can try laying back down because I sure don't feel like doing anything.
I woke up to a couple of surprises this morning.....After spending all day yesterday in bed I figured my house would be a total wreck. Bless Keith's heart, not only did he have this house completely picked-up but he had the dishwasher all loaded and my kitchen sparkling clean. I can't tell you how much I appreciated this because I sure don't feel like doing anything.
My second surprise was the weather. I know they had said we would get snow but we've heard that so many times lately and nothing came of it so I assumed this would be another one of those days. WRONG! It's really coming down but where it's such a wet snow it's not accumulating that much. It is pretty and if Seth wasn't on the road I just might enjoy it!
As much as I hated to do it, I had to go out and feed the farm cats (They know my voice so this has always been "my job") and then I ran out and filled my wild bird feeders. Since I was already out in the cold and snow I decided to walk down and take a picture of our snow covered bus stop. It was so quiet and peaceful down there this morning. There's no traffic on the road and the snow is gently falling. Even in the wet and cold I couldn't help but stand and savor the moment. It doesn't get any better than this!
Alas my crew is up and breakfast is over. It's now time for me to try and do something before I give in and go back to bed. I'll leave you with the picture I took this morning and I pray your all enjoying God's beauty of the day you've been given. Love and Blessings, Sher
