Need help finding pattern for my baby boy

Dear ones, I am reaching out to you.  My 3 month old son is already wearing 6 month sized clothing and I am in need of a resource for plain style clothing patterns for him.  In checking the pattern books I was discouraged to find that the few infant boys patterns were for either overalls or gathered leg sweat pants style.  Do any of you know of a pattern for a simple pant or something like a broadfall style in an infant size? 

I am trying to save money by recycling fabric and making his clothing.  Going to a store to buy clothing (even at a thrift store) just isn't an option.  Any suggestions would be very appreciated.

Have you tried friends patterns? The web site is

I just checked their site and the youngest size if size 2. Much larger than what I need right now. Thanks for suggesting them though. Later on, their patterns will work for him.

At 3 months we just didn't dress our boys in "pants" as it were. Rompers were easier to deal with at that time. That and a sort of dress making it easier to change and potty train:)
Other than that, JoAnn's often has sales on their pattern. In fact, Simplicity patterns for 1.99 this coming weekend. I would choose a loose fitting romper or if you really need the britches, they have roomy easy pull ons there. Broadfalls on an infant are not really practical.
