Jia Jiawill be have more surgery Nov. 18th.  They our going to release a skin fold under her chin, do some electrolysis (sp.) on her facial hair, and then use a laser to resurface her scar tissue to lessen the redness.  I will let you now how it  goes!  Thanks for the prayers.
