Long Time, No Blog

It's obvious that I haven't been here in awhile!  I am sorry to all of you who have enjoyed (somewhat) regular posts from me in the past.  I have had some real trouble with my internet server.  We are still on dial-up, and the internet is becoming a very unfriendly place for those of us stuck on landline connections. I am praying we can raise the funds to purchase the equipment for a satellite connection.

I would love to be able to do all the things I want to do online, but it takes too much of my time right now, and I wouldn't be much of a homestead woman if I spent all of my time online.
