• Friday, December 22, 2006 - Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!!

My favorite breakfast is egg in a basket.  I made it a couple times per week, with sausage and bacon if My Heart is home. I love it... First I butter the bread and cut out the holes with a biscuit cutter.... Then I just fry it in a non-stick skillet until done, flipping once... Eat with a really vinegary hot sauce for best results!!
