Happy Easter everyone!!!

Whew, been busy the past couple weeks. I've been working in the kitchen mudding the ceiling and priming the walls for paint. Almost done with that. Between that, work and getting the church ready for today's services I'm exhausted. Sure am  glad today is Sunday, a day of rest.

I'll be going over to the folks for dinner this afternoon. Mom's making ham and baked spuds. I'm bringing whole wheat rolls and my SIL is making some sort of desert. I'll have to cut the evening short as I have to work again tonite.

Ok, sound off time..... Get this, I work for a Catholic Hospital and they don't consider Easter a holiday to be observed in the rotation!! Sooooo, if it's our weekend to work, we have to work it - a good seven years worth until the rotation of weekends changes. That is so not right!

Ok, that's over. We've been fortunate with the weather as of late. We missed the last couple storms by literally a shave. Stayed just south of us where they got 12-15 inches of snow! How lucky - guess I'll tolerate these freezing temps we're having and set myself to the fact that my tulips will have to hibernate a little longer.
