Morning all. Well, our high temp yesterday was 10 above. Suppose to hit 20 today and 30's for the weekend. Then we'll be getting all that snow everyone else has been getting. Uff da! If it's going to come, I wish it'd come this weekend while I'm off. I hate driving in that stuff.

As I'm sure you've figured, I'm feeling better. Still a little tender but it's better. The antibiotics have kicked in and I'm convinced it was a UTI that we caught before it got too bad although I've never had kidney stones so wouldn't know about that. You'd think they'd give us a break on health care working in a hospital but even tho they advertise "non profit" it's a bunch of BS.  The only "discount" we get is if we are hospitalized we have priority of a private room (if one's available) and if we pay the bill in full in 30 days they'll give a 10% discount. Now I don't know about you guys, but I don't happen to have a couple grand in my back pocket. Yup, don't even get me started on all that. If we did get a break I'd have the testing they want to do to make sure it isn't stones.

As mentioned, I'm off this weekend. Since I've spent all week in bed, I've laundry and some cleaning to do. At least I didn't dirty up dishes LOL. This evening is my neices first birthday - DSIL is having a party for her tonite so will go to that. I've a chiropractor appt this morning and that will be my day. I'm thinking of seeing what's playing at the theater and treat myself to a movie Saturday. Uff da, I just realized I haven't been in to clean church yet this week! I need to make Taffy some milk bones and me some bread. Sunday I'll "rest" LOL. Monday, back to the grind. Monday will be laundry day - I'll do whatever laundry I don't do tomorrow. I also need to make a dump run after cleaning the bacement.
