Well, have everything ready to begin the baking frenzy LOL.  (If my typing is off, please forgive me. Darla kitty just came up to cuddle) I'll begin with the Stollen as that'll need to rise. I didn't get the refrigerated dough done yesterday as I had planned. I wasn't feeling well. My doctor started me on a new diabetes med and it created all kinds of problems. My blood sugars kept going way low. Uff da! Made for a touchy weekend at work. At least he was the doctor on call so we were on top of things. I'll miss him when he's done on the first.

Anyway, today am planning on the stollen, cutouts, pinwheels and if time some fudge. Tomorrow the pecan sandies, spritz, and my nieces favorite chocolate sandwich cookies.

As I said, I worked this weekend so I didn't get anything accomplished. I hate not feeling well. Things really pile up so not only will I be baking today, laundry has reached Mt Washmore levels and dishes are piled in the sink. I so wish my daughter would pitch in. Sigh...... wishful thinking. The dinning room needs a good vacuum and I'll have to clean it as well. My daughter spends much time at a friend's house where they have too many cats and don't clean up after them. Their house reiks of cat and when my daughter comes home, she stinks and the stench is on her shoes and socks getting on the carpet. Yuck!!! I think that'll be first on the agenda for today!!
