And I thought yesterday was rough. Uff da!!! Let's just say after the Christmas Tree falling over 3 times, breaking every breakable ornament I had and a total of 3 gallons of water on the floor I was ready to put it out into the front yard!! Grrrrrrr.  At first I thought I had left the trunk too long (after the second crash) so I cut another 3 inches off the bottom. Well, wouldn't you know it, then the tree stand was too big. At least I can quickly put the remaining ornaments on LOL. I'm a pro by now.

When I brought in the mail, I was hoping for a cheery Christmas card or two to lift my spirits. I won there but there was also a letter from the mortgage company saying they were increasing the interest rate so my monthly payments would be about $250 more a month!!! I can barely squeeze out enough now! Sigh....... I'd briefly thought of doing a search and refinancing but if I'm selling, I'd hate to add to the total if you know what I mean. I'm praying very hard for an answer - am thinking I'll have to put it up for sale yet this winter in hopes of quickly selling (ya, I know but anything can happen) and getting out from under it. I'd have to rent until summer to build my bank account back up. Finding a house that allows a dog could present a challange, but after today, I'm up for it.  I don't need much but it needs to be a house. I need breathing room and after living in appartments most of my adult life, I find I'm not as tolerant of a lot of people - esp. living above or below me.  Nope, just couldn't do it.

God has a plan, I need to have patience and accept what he gives me. Right now I have a roof over my head, food for my table, cloths on my back and two good jobs, a truck that runs well and gets decent gas milage -  I've everything I need plus the companionship of a great dog and two cats. Yup, counting my blessings. Thank you God for all you've provided me.

Well, better go decorate that tree - again!
