Good late afternoon.

Didn't get much accomplished on the house yet today. I had a chiropractor apt at 1040 then went to mother's to wrap gifts. I was able to relax quite a bit. Guess I needed to get out of the house for a little while. Did just do a little vacuuming so that's done.

Lunch was Turkey burgers. Sure hit the spot. A little lite mayo, tomato, and lettuce and all was perfect. I seasoned the burger with some Mrs. Dash garlic blend and just a pinch of sea salt. Yummo. So far my blood sugars are behaving so am thinking of whipping up a chicken casserole for dinner. I'll eat a bit later as I had a late lunch.

A bit of a dreary day - maybe that explains my morning. The sun did peak out for about 5 minutes about a half hour ago LOL. Expecting snow either tonite or tomorrow but nothing extreem. Now, if only the big stuff holds off until Monday. I work this weekend and let me tell you, driving at 10pm in heavy snow is NO fun. Driving at 7am on fresh plowed slippery roads with traffic is no picinic either. I'm off next week again so if only.......

Well, Taffy is being naughty - getting into NSDD's room and bringing out the trash. (Don't ask!) Better go close the door.

Would LOVE to share my cup with you this morning. I too, am somewhat effected by the weather. My mother always was. I have found that playing very low and soft classical music in the background on those days helps my mood SO much. Just a thought.
