Good Sunday morning everyone. I hope and pray all are well. Today is my day of rest just as our Lord intended. I'm working until 0800/0830 ish then it's home to bed!
Tomorrow is Monday so that means tackling Mt. Washmore! Uff da - amazing what just a weekend accrues. The weather should be nice enough that if I get most of it out to the line by 1000 the sun should dry it by evening. The bathroom is a swamp so I'll tackle that as well. Tuesday will be vaccuming and the living room. Wednesday I'll be laying a coat of wax at church and giving my kitchen a good sanitizing! Thursday will need to wash windows at church and it's bill day at home. Friday is the day to finish up at church and at home will start in the bacement. The weekend will be bacement work as well. I'll be hauling the boxes and things that I still need but don't use daily to the storage unit. The remaining things will be organized nicely and that will be that. Next week will be the chore of going thru the upstairs! My daughter left a sty when she moved her room and it'll take me all week to clean. Uff da!!! Kids - gotta love them.
Meals..... well, soup today then canning the leftovers tomorrow. Monday dinner will be fish. Tuesday I'll can venison so that'll be on the menu. Wednesday is either venison soup or stew and Thursday will can any leftovers from that venture. Thursday will be breakfast food. I love breakfast food and try to have one day a week where that's all we have all day. If making pancakes or french toast, I'll make extra and freeze them for a quick meal another day. Friday will make mac - n - cheese - I'll freeze a small batch to cook up another day as well. Saturday - weeeeellllll, will have to see what's in the freezer. Maybe some spaghetti as I need to can some sauce. My daughter used it all up! I can it in pint jars which is just enough for the two of us. I may mix up some pizza sauce too. I've found some wonderful flatbread at our grocery with italian seasoning in it. Add some sauce, sprinkle on cheese and either bake or "toast" in my cast iron pan with a little olive oil and it's an awsome meal or snack (as my daughter thinks). My daughter goes thru pizza sauce like there's no tomorrow too. After that, I think I'll be caught up on canning. (Notice "I think" ??)
Well, I'm in serious need of fresh coffee so will go take care of that. Everyone have a wonderful Sunday. Prayers for all. Love and Fuzzies!!!
Michele
