Good Morning everyone. Hope all are well. Been busy at my house with the ongoing "little" dinning room project. I've got one wall left for the second coat of paint then I can finially put things back together. Whew! I look back on the last couple weeks as a huge learning experience. Mostly positive - who knew I could build a wall all by myself? Who knew I could use a jig saw and still keep all my fingers LOL. I've learned to mudd, also became confident enough to replaster the walls and ceiling (though the ceiling does need help LOL).

One of the nurses I work with gave me a bag of apples the other day so I juiced them and with the pulp made some wonderful apple butter. Mmmmmm, I can still smell my kitchen. By juicing with a bit of ginger root I had wonderful flavor.

It's been cold here. Dropped down to the 30's Tuesday night and last night was in the low 40's. Highs have been in the low 50's. Brrrrr. The thing that makes me chuckle is that come March, we'll be thinking the 30's are downright balmy LOL.
