Morning all.

Had a beautiful cool/sunny day but no rain. We need it. Why does it seem that those who need it don't get it but those who don't need it do?? Sigh. Trust in the Lord.......

Am off until next Friday. Plans are to Sat hit the farmer's market to get some extra veggies to can, laundry, and next week take care of winterizing the windows - not plastic or anything but I have a couple screens I need to replace on the storm windows. I'm going to take them all out, clean them up till they shine, properly insulate the inner aspect of the window then put them back and caulk the way it's suppose to be done. I'm also going to scrub the outer "inside" window as long as the storms are off and most all my windows need re-glazing. Uff da. I know it's a huge project but it needs to be done in the worst way. That'll be my focus of the week.

A cool front with possible rain is working it's way up this way so am keeping my fingers crossed. Am looking forward to a good chat with my pastor. I've been stressed lately about family issues and he usually helps me see things clearly. God bless him for this gift. He knows me quite well and has a gift of knowing when and how to intervein.
