Well, here I am, fulfilling my end of the bargan. I'm glad I only had to work tonite and not the whole weekend as she originally asked. Her plans changed a little and I only had to come in tonite.

Yesterday was productive. Woke at 6am, had coffee, first load of laundry on the line by 0630, did about 3 days worth of dishes my not so DD brought down from her room, scrubbed the kitchen floor, mowed my lawn, weeded, finished up at church, folded 4 loads of laundry after pulling them from the line, swept the bathroom and my room, hmmmmmm, oh ya, missed opening day of the Farmer's Market  I don't always buy on the first day but love to go and see what faces returned and meet the new ones. Sigh..... Today is a "lazy day". Will sleep a bit this morning, take Taffy for a walk and swim - ok, I swim, she "fishes" LOL.. Supper will be leftover chicken n noodles, just toss in the crockpot and go. That's about the extent of my day - oh, church this morning after work. I'm  in need.

This week I'm off until Friday. Twill be nice but busy. Strawberries are ready so will pick once or twice = I'm all out of dehydrated ones and down to only 2 jars of jam. Hmmmmmm am thinking of making sauce too. I don't have much freezer space for storage so can whatever I can in various stages. I may juice some and can the juice, using the pulp for jam or in the sauce. Other than that, it'll be major cleaning. I'm so tempted to yank EVERYTHING out of the house and take a pressure washer filled with Lysol and go to town starting at the top and workind my way down!!!  Sigh.....

I'm starting my major shopping list for when I do my winter bulk shopping in the fall. Seems like I need quite a bit more this year than last. I can never understand it.  Ah well. God will provide.
