Good Wednesday morning everyone. Hope all are well. I do highly recommend the Ball Blue Book of Canning for both beginners and "experts".

Well, kind of a very cool, grey day yesterday. I made some oatmeal raisin cookies, finished up on laundry, laid some fresh cedar chips and cleaned the kitchen. Had baked chicken for supper. Did it the easy way since the oven was still hot from the cookies. I placed the chicken thighs (I cooked 4 of them), quartered some spuds, tossed in some baby carrots, seasoned with a little garlic powder and salt and baked it until everything was done - all in my cast iron dutch oven (without the legs LOL).

Today I'll spruce up the bathroom and the dinning room. I have to go to the DMV and get my license plate sticker so that'll be an hour easy (ours is sooooo slow!). As long as I'm in that area, I need to get Taffy some kibble from Foster and Smith.  Dinner will be turkey burgers and fried spuds with onions, peas and I'm thinkin a jar of peaches sound good.  I just need to pull out a couple rolls from the freezer, thaw, rise and bake. Mmmmm. Sounds good to me. My daughter has a counsiling appointment at 4pm but I think she has a ride from her friend. It would be really nice if she has a ride although I would take her if needed.

Well, gotta go to work. Hope all had a nice peaceful sleep. Sending those Warm Fuzzies to everyone!! Have a wonderful day and see ya all tonite.
