Monday's outlook

I work the 11pm-7am shift as an ER Technician in a small hospital 22 miles from my home. I am hoping to move closer after my daughter graduates next year. For now, I endure the ride. Most times I embrace it as I am fortunate to live in such a beautiful area of God's creation. Snow, wildlife (although those deer can be a bit hazardous if not seen soon enough)and all the trees, man, it's a truely beautiful area.

Monday's I generally try to get caught up on laundry. My biggest secret is that I love to do laundry. I can't help myself. There's something about it that relaxes me. I enjoy hanging out my wash on the line. Smells so good. I make my own laundry soap - thanks to Crystal Miller, laundry soap is no longer an issue for me. Thank you Crystal!! I admit I do keep a couple containers of Seventh Generation laundry soap on hand for emergencies such as my daughter using up the last of it and not telling me. I've found I really like adding citris smelling essential oils to the mix for a nice clean scent. I think it's more for my initial pleasure as I don't notice it as much once the cloths are put away.

It's 4 above right not. An actual heat wave compared to the -20 to -40 temps we had last week. Brrrrr. Still waiting to hear about today's forecast.

I'm at work right now. When I have "free time" I can go online for a brief. I don't have access at home so won't be posting every day. I do go to the library once in a while and use the computers there.

Well, I hope everyone has a wonderful, safe and healthy day. I like to send Warm Fuzzies out to folks so will do that now. Please feel free to ask questions - am very new to blogging so gentle guidance is appreciated. Looking forward to getting to know folks, learning a lot, and making new friends.

God Bless - Michele
