We had a relaxing Christmas; no real hoopla ... just eating lots of baked goodies and opening our presents. We were pretty practical this year: clothing, pajamas, books ... those kinds of things. The children all seemed pleased, and I know that I'm very happy with my new dehydrator!   I'm eager to read through the instruction book and start learning! My first dehydrated food project will be banana chips. I hope to learn a lot and store some yummy foods for my family.

I hope you all had a Merry Christmas. I'm always happy to have the major holidays done, and get daily life back to normal.

Hi Jennie! I haven't left you a comment lately -- I'm so glad you had a nice Christmas! You'll have to post pics of your new dehydrator and the foods you make on it!! What do you think you'll dehydrate the most? Fruit? Vegetables? Meat? I'll be really interested to hear what you do with your dehydrator!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Love,
Vicki

Hi, thanks for the nice comment. I would love to get a dehydrater. I love banana chips. Hope you enjoy them. I am waiting for my girls to get back from a church function and then I think we will make cookies.
