Happy New Year Everyone!

What a day! I have been busy with my new goals. I did pick up some cookbooks at my moms house to help me learn to cook from scratch and not from a box (like I have been doing). I will share when I find something interesting.

I am a 30 something SAHM trying to get back to the simple life.

I used to live in Nebraska near all the farms and corn fields. Oh how I miss the country life! I now live in Sunny/Rainy Florida in the city.  I have a house and a small yard, and I have commited myself to using it for more than just a playground for my dogs.

My 2007 goal is to get back to the basics. Planting a garden full of fruits and veggies that can be grown in our weather. I am also going to learn to bake and sew using patterns. 

I have lots of goals....enjoy the journey!
