Healthy Fruit Loaf
1 cup All Bran1 cup mixed fruit
1 cup plain flour
1 cup milk
!/2 cup sugar
Soak all the ingredients, except the flour, in the milk overnight.
The following morning heat oven to 180 degrees C/ 350 degrees F/ Gas Mark four and grease a loaf tin.
Add flour and mix well. Bake in the middle of the oven for one and a half hours approximately.
