Mothers Who Know

Welcome to my new blog!

Welcome to the Mothers Who Know blog. I am hoping to build a site that will inspire us all to be "A Mother Who Knows". A mother who knows what you ask?  A mother who knows Jesus Christ as her Savior. A mother who knows the value of being a mother. The value of having children. A mother who knows how to rear children who want to serve the Lord.   A mother who has a solid testimony of the gospel,  and delights in serving the Lord herself.

I am hoping that by sharing my strengths, I may inspire and encourage others. I am hoping that by sharing my weaknesses that I may recieve inspiration and encouragement from others. It so much easier to face trials when you have support. We all have great ideas that we have been inspired with, and we all have times when we need that inspiration from each other.

My goal is to eventually have differerent sections on this blog, as relates to different areas of my life. Gospel Doctrine, Parenting, Marriage, Homeschooling, Housewifery (yes, I said housewifery - it is what they used to call homemaking skills), and other things that interest me. Until I have posted enough blogs to fill out the categories though - it will probably look like a jumbled mess.

Thanks for stopping by, and I will eventually post a blog explaining more about the "Mothers Who Know" title and where I got that from. I will also introduce my family, or as my mom calls them  - "The Tribe".

Welcome to homestead blogger! This is a wonderful community of ladies! :) I can tell by reading your blog that you are LDS. :) There are a few of us here. I look forward to reading again.... by the way I had the great blessing of being in the conference center when Sis. Beck gave this talk......it was awesome! What a powerful talk!
