going to get chicks today!

i am up and at em early!! to get all the feedings done, so that i can head to Illionis to get chicks!! yes i am insane! lol i have been wanting chickens again for years now, but just couldn't decide on which ones to get, and my mother was looking on the web and found these guys! they are silkie bantams! i will post some pics when i get back with them. but you can see others and where i am getting them at www.seriouslysilkie.com

my kids are at their dad's this weekend, but they know about that and are excited! they even want to show them at 4-H! oh boy! lol i know nothing about showing chickens!!LOL so i will learn too!
