we are heading to the beach for some much needed r&r we will be leaving saturday and returning wednesday! I love to camp on the beach the kids can play right  outside the trailer, you can walk on the beach, roast marshmallows and enjoy the weather. i love to cook at the beach too on a open grill yummy this is our menu:

Saturday- dinner- hotdogs, homemade chili beans, and fruit salad

Sunday- brkfst- eggs, bacon, toast,

dinner- tri-tip, grilled veggies, baked potatoes, watermelon

Monday- brkfst- sausage, scrambelled eggs, tortillas, homemade salsa

dinner grilled chicken breast, rice, salad

Tuesday- brkfst- pancakes

dinner- ribs, macaroni salad, and cataloupe

i cant wait for some time away with the family it should be a blast!
