Survey

I saw this survey over at Martha's Kitchen and thought I'd join in the fun.

Ten things you've done today:

The day is still young, but I have... eaten homemade blueberry muffins, drank bilberry juice, changed ds2's diaper, smelled ds2's head (ah.... baby smell), snuggled with ds1 while he was still sleeping, got the dishwasher running, watched the weather forecast, sang a little song to the Lord, put in my contacts, checked my email.

Nine things you have to do tomorrow:

Have blood drawn for tests, go look at Robeez (shoes) for ds2, go out to lunch for my birthday, get my shopping lists organized for Sunday, try to shop for some Christmas presents (books) for ds1, kiss my kiddos, organize the pantry a bit, smile!, drop donations off at the thrift store.

Eight items always in your pantry:

Olive oil, sea salt, pure vanilla, aluminum-free baking powder, brown rice, coffee beans, pasta, peanut butter

Seven things you need to feel "at home":

Dh, ds1, ds2, dog #1, dog #2, dog #3, laughter.

Six things that sum up your childhood:

Baton twirling, dancing, travel, my cat, books, music.

Five items of clothing you wear again and again:

CK denim shorts, 4 different shirts from Old Navy.

Four places you've lived:

Stone Mountain, GA

Decatur, GA

Kihei, Maui

Kahana, Maui

Three books you've loved reading recently:

The Sugar Camp Quilt

The Christmas Quilt

Circle of Quilters

Two heart's desires:

I already have them - ds1 and ds2.

One thing everyone reading this can pray about for you:

My thyroid issue.  The original test results showed a different diagnosis (worse) than I had expected.  I would love prayers for healing and if that's not the Lord's will I would love a non-invasive treatment program that will not require me to give up nursing ds2 and will correct the problem.

I will keep you in my prayers. My SIL has an underactive thyroid since the birth of her first child. Now my niece (16) has already been diagnosed with a thyroid issue as well. I am praying for you and your family.
