Parmesan potato wedges
Parmesan Potato Wedges
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. paprika
4 large baking potatoes
Mix the first 5 ingredients together and set aside. Scrub the potatoes, cut into wedges, and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with the cheese mixture and bake at 400* for 30 minutes or until tender.
