Maple Cornbread
1 cup organic unbleached all-purpose flour
1 cup organic yellow cornmeal
1 T. aluminum-free baking powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 cup organic milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
4 T. organic butter, melted
2 organic or free-range eggs
Heat oven to 425*. Grease an 8x8-inch square baking pan. Mix all ingredients together and pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cut into 9 servings.
