Appetizer

What was your first job?

I worked in a small yogurt shop (the first where we lived) for one of my mom's friends.

Name some of the things you collect. 

Sea glass, sea beans, seashells (no specific ones, just ones that appeal to me), driftwood, stuff with dolphins

Name a recent fad that you just don't 'get'. 

Jeans with the cuffs turned up really high.

Main Course

Describe the worst weather situation you have ever been in  

We did not evacuate for Hurricane Jeanne so that was pretty darn frightening.  Ds1, our middle dog (the one most frightened by weather-related things), and I huddled in the bathroom while dh and the other two dogs huddled together in the hallway just outside the bathroom.  Being in a pitch dark house with all the doors and windows boarded up, no electricity, and listening to the deafening howling wind and who knows what slamming into the roof and house was quite scary.
