Superfresh Triples again

Well this weekend was my trip to Lancaster and we stopped at superfresh 2X to do a "triple" coupon spree Here are some things I had gotten:

In the 2 trips my bill would have been $217.94 and I paid $37.13. Here are some items I got the fruity cheerios were marked $2.49 and I had 75c coupons, I really thought this was a mislabeled item because the apple cheerios right next to them were $4.29 I thought maybe they mixed up the 2's and 4's, but no they scanned $2.49 and then I got $2.25 off with the coupons so paid 24c, 8 tubes of colgate toothpaste free with the 75c, 8 daisy sour creams free (little ones) with the 50c coupon, 16 packs of tic tacs free with the 55c on 2. 5 Crisco oils, this rang up wrong it rang up $2.49 but clearly on the shelf it said $1.89 so with the adjustment and the 55c coupons I paid 24c for oil. The first time I only bought one and noticed when I got home it said $2.49, I took 3 more coupons with me and it rang up wrong again, so they credited me on my receipt the 60c for each bottle. 8 mentos gums for FREE, 8 packs of oreos for 25c a pack, I got 8 packs for $4 and the regular price was $3.99 with the 75c coupons on nabisco products I have, 8 ragu pouches for free, 8 herbrew national franks for 24c each (these are regularly $4.99 WOW), 8 Dole parfaits for FREE, 6 soft and dri deodorants for 24c each, 1 right guard for 49c, 4 5lb bags of domino sugar for $2.39 each after the 30c was tripled, 8 healthy ones lunch meat for free, 2 suddenly salads for 25c each, 8 Hunts ketchup for 40c each with the 20c coupon, 4 coffemates for 99c with the 50c tripled, 2 cool whip cans for $1, 8 nestle milk shake singles for 19c each, 4 hungryjack pancake mix for 34c each. I bought without coupons, milk, edy's bars for DH, 8 boxes of plastic spoons and forks and a few other things I can't think of off hand. I am happy when they do this.

I just LOVE when I get a chance to save so much money just by cutting out and using coupons.  I should really "post" some pictures of my "stockpiles" I will have to do this one day.  If you have a superfresh close to you, it's worth a trip there.  Groceries are sooooooo much, as you all know, and I am happy to be able to save my family so much in groceries with the help of coupons.  I have been a coupon user for over 30 years, out of necessity in the beginning really just so we could eat, and to this day I can't pass up a good buy.  If I can't use something I get "for FREE"  I find someone who can.  

Dinner is calling for me to finish, sausage sandwiches, rice and warm zuchini bread with cool whip on it.. YUMMY..

My shopping spree's today

As most of you know that read my blog, I love a good buy.  Well today, Superfresh is tripling coupons up to 99c so if you have a 75c coupon they give you $2.25 for it.   They limit you to four of the same coupon, so that is why I went in to two stores.  Here is today's buys I found in case anyone in PA, NJ or DE is reading my blog and you have a superfresh close,  Happy shopping. 

Well today I hit 2 superfresh's and an Acme within 10 minutes of each other. Between all 3 stores my total was over $400 and I paid $63. At superfresh I got
16 Pack of tic tacs for free, 8 Eggo waffles for either 14c and 24c a pack (funny same product 10c different in price and less then 10 minutes from each other), 8 lysol toilet bowl cleaners 14c each, 2 8 oz kraft parmesian cheese paid $2 each after triples but I needed this, 8 healthy one lunch meats FREE these were $1.99 and there is a 75c coupon out on these, 8 nestle quik milk shakes for 19c each, 8 Dole parfaits for FREE, 2 ziploc freezer bags 15 count reduced to $1.99 so paid 34c with coupons tripled, I would have gotten more but I only had 2 coupons :o(, 16 lipton noodles and sauce FREE, 8 Right guard deodorant's for 24c each, 8 soft and dri for 24c each, 3 ban deodorants for 49c each, 8 juicy juice cans for 14c each, 8 Bertolli pasta sauce for 63c a jar, 8 Motts tots 9 pack drink boxes for 74c each, 8 uncle bens long grain and wild rice FREE, 8 hormel dinners for FREE, 8 Meow mix cat treats.
Then it was on to Acme, I generally really don't go in Acme's much maybe 2X a year, but I knew I was going to superfresh so scanned their add, they have the nestle choc single milks for $1 this week so I got 15 FREE with the 50c coupon doubled, and the Eggo waffles 3-$5 and if you buy $25 worth $5 automatically scans off. So I bought 15 waffles with coupons brought the total down to $10 then $5 automatically scanned off, so I paid $5 for 15 boxes of waffles, and got 8 at Superfresh, so I dropped 6 boxes off at each of my daughters and brought the rest home, we won't have a problem eating those I am sure. I also bought 3 Breyers ice cream for $7, no coupons :o( so I paid $12 at acme and before sale prices on these things would have been $91! I was very happy with my shopping today, I may go to another one tomorrow, when I go to CVS for their deals for the month of June. I was surprised the Supefresh stores had no one in them shopping, with triples, where was everybody? I just don't get it sometimes. I hope this helps someone.

With gas prices over $4 a gallon now in PA, I try to combine my errands more then I use to before.  What are your gas prices?  I would love to know.

GDA at Weis if you have one...

If you happen to have a Weis market in your area, there is a great deal right now.. buy 7 kraft macaroni and cheese for $5.60 and with our weis card scanned $5 scans off so you pay 60c for 7 boxes of macaroni and cheese.. great deal.   Also they have swiss miss hot chocolate on sale for $1 and there is a 50c coupon doubled so FREE hot chocolate.  I plan on running up tonight  and getting in on these deals.  Also the breyers yogurt is 10 for $5 so I will buy 20 and use 5 50c coupons on 4 doubled and will get 20 yogurts for $5 not free but makes for cheap yogurt for the kids.. I will post any unknown deals I find when I return..

Hello everyone, glad you could stop by today.  I found out from my friend that CVS was having many things clearanced today at 75% off of summer items... Here is what I got.

10 packs of knives, fork and spoons 54 pk regularly $1.49 Paid 37c, 2 Huge smores packs with marshmallows, crackers, chocolate and smore sticks $9.99 paid $2.49 (we will be using these tonight) I might as well go right into 2 FIRE PITS (we were looking everywhere for these they ranged from $89.99 to $249.00 at Lowe's, Sears, Boscov's) I PAID $19.99!! WOO HOO this made our day, we were wanting these so much.    Next was 2 Gas grills, big ones they were $99.99 each but I paid $24.99 6 Rocket blaster toys $4.99 paid $1.49, 1 tote bag $5.99 paid $1.49, 1 Gas grill cover $6.99 paid $1.74, 2 youth swim masks $5.99 paid $1.49, 2 Swim masks with snorkels $7.99 paid $1.99, 2 bubble play sets $2.99 paid 74c, 4 citronella bucket candles $4.99 paid $1.24, 4 3packs of plastic containers $1.99 paid 49c, 2 electric light shows $7.99 paid $1.99, 4 kites $2.99 paid 74c, 2 -2 packs of superdooper water pistols $7.99 paid $1.99, 2 reclining lounge chairs $19.99 paid $4.99, 2 Lasko 16 inch stand fan $29.99 paid $7.49, 2 Jurasic park 2 pack dinosaurs $4.99 paid $1.24, 1 aqua splash ball $7.99 paid $1.99, 1 5 in one game for kids there are horseshoes, flying discs, badmiton set, catch ball and sky catcher set in it $9.99 paid $2.49, 2 Fantastic 4 "thing" figures $5.99 paid $1.49, 4 Igloo 1/2 gallon drink cooler $8.99 paid $2.24 (you should see how dirty John's get's from work , 1 3 in one sports pack for adults horseshoes, badmitton and something else i can't remember off hand $14.99 paid $3.74, 6 container of bubbles 99c paid 24c, 4 smart lights( the kind you bend and they light up) 99c paid 24, 2 igloo playmate coolers 7 QT John carries these to work were $14.99 paid $3.75. I also got 2 Zantac paid $10.98 but I earned $10.98 in ECB and 3 colgate total totohpaste paid $2.99 each but earned $8.97 in ECB bucks! I purchased this stuff at 2 different stores, total before coupns was after coupons, ECB's and 2 $25 gift cards I paid $236.06.  I used a $15/$75 coupon a $10/$50 coupon a $5/$30 coupon, ECB's at 2 stores and a few coupons I ended up paying in Cash $44.06!  for all this stuff.. I have so much to put away for Christmas gift, easter baskets..I thought I would share a picture here you go..

so that was our interesting afternoon.. I am just so thrilled over those fire pits I can't tell you!

SUPER Shopping at SUPERFRESH

Below is a post I just put on my refund board.  I just had to share this with everybody... HAPPY SHOPPING FOLKS!

I went to superfresh with John last night.  Here is what happened.  I started down the produce aisle as DH went to the service desk to ask what did unlimited triples mean in the add?  They said they will triple as many as you have.  He asked so if we have 7 of the same coupon they will all be tripled she said "YES".. so he was doing the HAPPY DANCE down the aisle with a big SMILE on his face.  So off we went to load 1 1/2 carts with stuff.  Here is what I found: Aqua fresh toothpaste $1.99 FREE after the coupon was tripled, Hebrew national hot dogs $1.99 FREE with 75c coupon tripled, Jello gelatin 50c each with the 50c coupon good on 3 FREE after tripled, Jello Pudding same deal FREE after the 50c coupon tripled on 3, Duncan hines cake mix and frosting the frosting is $1.42 and the cake mixes are $1 so 17c for a frosting and cake mix with the 75c coupon tripled, Cheez it's $2 so 35c a box after 55c couopon tripled, Pepperidge farm garlic bread was $2 so 35c a loaf after the 55c coupon was tripled, Edge shave gel was 44c after the 75c was tripled, Red Barron pizza was 25c for the 2 singles after the 75c coupon was tripled or $1.25 for a big pizza (which is normally $6.49 each), Hormel complete meals were FREE after the 75c coupon was tripled, Dawn dish liquid was 19c or FREE depending on which sent you got with the 50c coupon tripled, cattelmens BBQ sauce was FREE after the 50c coupon was tripled, Jello 2 pack passions in the dairy section were 4c each after the 75c coupon was tripled, Vlasic pickles were 14c a jar for the baby dills after the 75c coupon was tripled, Lipton Plus side dishes were 4c a pack after the 75c coupon was tripled. Last night I proceeded to the check with my fist of coupons in hand and put my things up, and she added everything up and my bill was $257, she started taking the coupons off (I always watch this) and UHHH OHHH the coupons stopped tripling after the 4th one!!!!! OH NO.. and panic came over me. I said those aren't tripling and DH had asked at the service desk and they said as many as I had?  She called the same lady over and said well that's what she was told and came over to take EVERYTHING after the 4 original off by HAND. UGH.  The guy behind me was a bit upset to say the least and this took a good 20 minutes, and this was the only LANE open in the whole store, can you imagine?  The guy behind me ended up leaving everything on the conveyer belt and left.  They were very nice to me though and kept appologizing, so I ended up paying $22 for $257.00 worth of things. BUT we went to another one this morning, and DH got a cart and I got a cart and just got the 4 of each, and DH paid $21 (with $19 of it being NON COUPON ITEMS) for a $153 order, and I paid $17 for my order and it had totaled $137!  SO between the 3 order it was $547 and we paid $58, along with all that stuff, we had 6 gallons of ice cream no coupons, a gallon of milk, cherries, nectarines, hot dog rolls, so I would say this triple spree was a success. I really can't believe more people don't take advantage of that, I plan on going back maybe 2 more X, you just can't beat it and my freezers are filled almost already.  I didn't get the totino's pizza rolls, both stores were out of those.  Happy Shopping!!
