SUPER Shopping at SUPERFRESH

Below is a post I just put on my refund board.  I just had to share this with everybody... HAPPY SHOPPING FOLKS!

I went to superfresh with John last night.  Here is what happened.  I started down the produce aisle as DH went to the service desk to ask what did unlimited triples mean in the add?  They said they will triple as many as you have.  He asked so if we have 7 of the same coupon they will all be tripled she said "YES".. so he was doing the HAPPY DANCE down the aisle with a big SMILE on his face.  So off we went to load 1 1/2 carts with stuff.  Here is what I found: Aqua fresh toothpaste $1.99 FREE after the coupon was tripled, Hebrew national hot dogs $1.99 FREE with 75c coupon tripled, Jello gelatin 50c each with the 50c coupon good on 3 FREE after tripled, Jello Pudding same deal FREE after the 50c coupon tripled on 3, Duncan hines cake mix and frosting the frosting is $1.42 and the cake mixes are $1 so 17c for a frosting and cake mix with the 75c coupon tripled, Cheez it's $2 so 35c a box after 55c couopon tripled, Pepperidge farm garlic bread was $2 so 35c a loaf after the 55c coupon was tripled, Edge shave gel was 44c after the 75c was tripled, Red Barron pizza was 25c for the 2 singles after the 75c coupon was tripled or $1.25 for a big pizza (which is normally $6.49 each), Hormel complete meals were FREE after the 75c coupon was tripled, Dawn dish liquid was 19c or FREE depending on which sent you got with the 50c coupon tripled, cattelmens BBQ sauce was FREE after the 50c coupon was tripled, Jello 2 pack passions in the dairy section were 4c each after the 75c coupon was tripled, Vlasic pickles were 14c a jar for the baby dills after the 75c coupon was tripled, Lipton Plus side dishes were 4c a pack after the 75c coupon was tripled. Last night I proceeded to the check with my fist of coupons in hand and put my things up, and she added everything up and my bill was $257, she started taking the coupons off (I always watch this) and UHHH OHHH the coupons stopped tripling after the 4th one!!!!! OH NO.. and panic came over me. I said those aren't tripling and DH had asked at the service desk and they said as many as I had?  She called the same lady over and said well that's what she was told and came over to take EVERYTHING after the 4 original off by HAND. UGH.  The guy behind me was a bit upset to say the least and this took a good 20 minutes, and this was the only LANE open in the whole store, can you imagine?  The guy behind me ended up leaving everything on the conveyer belt and left.  They were very nice to me though and kept appologizing, so I ended up paying $22 for $257.00 worth of things. BUT we went to another one this morning, and DH got a cart and I got a cart and just got the 4 of each, and DH paid $21 (with $19 of it being NON COUPON ITEMS) for a $153 order, and I paid $17 for my order and it had totaled $137!  SO between the 3 order it was $547 and we paid $58, along with all that stuff, we had 6 gallons of ice cream no coupons, a gallon of milk, cherries, nectarines, hot dog rolls, so I would say this triple spree was a success. I really can't believe more people don't take advantage of that, I plan on going back maybe 2 more X, you just can't beat it and my freezers are filled almost already.  I didn't get the totino's pizza rolls, both stores were out of those.  Happy Shopping!!

Aren't you both smart! My mother used to do those kind of buys regularly, but I have not figure out how to do it in our rural area. I am proud for you both!

OMG, those are some AWESOME deals!!!! I wish we had a Superfresh!
